I've spent more than 25 years leading software development teams, building projects, and helping people turn complicated work into systems they can understand and trust.

In my professional work, I'm adapting the workflows my team has built to use AI and automation, with people accountable for the decisions and a clear record of what happened.

Outside of that work, I want to share the practical lessons with staff, educators, students, small business owners, and people building something of their own. You might want to prepare a classroom activity, organize a recurring task, or make a tool for an idea you have wanted to try.
